Pre-cleanse I was having three cups of coffee-and Rory makes it rocket-fuel strength-and one Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte a day, between the hours of 8 a.m. It's to put your body into vitamin and nutrient overload- and clear out all the not-so-good-for-you stuff you ingest, like caffeine and alcohol-which had three interesting effects for me. The point of a juice cleanse (at least the BluePrint Cleanse) isn't weight loss. I still wasn't 100 percent convinced, but I agreed to try the easiest cleanse-six juices a day for three days-if only so I could give those brides who asked, "Should I try a pre-wedding juice cleanse?" a decent answer.īut not for the reasons that you're probably thinking. ![]()
